Joseph Cotton started cooking at the age of ten rolling meatballs at an Italian deli. He began his work study through Nutley High School at fast food restaurants, graduated in 1988 and then proceeded to earn his degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 1990. He has also attended an executive class at the Culinary Institute of America in 06 and the Dale Carnegie management training in 01. Joseph’s experience includes the Glenn Ridge Country Club, the Regency hotel, Mountain Lakes club, Redwoods Grill & Bar and now co-owner and Executive chef of JC’s Grill House. |

Lee Rupell started his career in the food industry as a buss boy at Redwoods Grill and Bar where he began his apprenticeship under Joe Cotton and now is a chef at and co-owner of JC’s Grill House. Lee was also the chef and creator of the famous fat free muffins at Simplee Delicious in Mine Hill NJ which he owned and operated. |
Lynn Butler began baking at a young age for friends and family for all occasions. Lynn has been in the food industry for twelve years starting in a local deli making homemade pizzas then working in a supermarket bakery gaining experience to enroll at Johnson and Wales University, where she then earned her A.S in baking and pastry and B.S. in Foodservice management. Lynn’s experience ranges from country clubs to busy catering halls, the Westminster hotel in Livingston, NJ and is now co-owner and pastry chef of JC’s Grill house. |
